Warehousing
Our location in Saint John, New Brunswick, has climate-controlled storage that measures 10,000 sq. ft. It is well-lit and has a strong security system, which includes fenced perimeters and access gating. We also have a forklift fleet ranging from 5,000 to 25,000 lift capacity that we use to handle any goods and cargo in our warehouse.
A CBSA-Licensed Warehouse
Riptide Intermodal and Logistics takes pride in being a Canada Customs sufferance warehouse. This means that we are licensed by the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) to store and examine imported goods that they have not yet released.
Cross-Docking
This service makes shipping more efficient. Our crew will unload the items in your shipment, sort them, and reload them to the next vehicle right away. We consolidate the goods going to the same destination and load them into one or several trucks so they can continue the journey.
Stuffing and De-stuffing
As the name suggests, we load and unload your goods from one container to another for transport. Our crew mainly do it for containers and flat racks. We carefully handle and store every item after de-stuffing and ensure the condition and cleanliness of the container before loading.
